Green thumb

This plant originated from a co-worker when I was first starting to work. She was adamant that I needed a plant so she started the rooting process for me. It stayed with me awhile and I gave away pieces of her throughout the years. She didn't really like my new office so I rooted again to keep it alive in case the whole plant kicked the bucket. (.... Which it did.) So, when I brought it home, I had the rooted plant in a water bottle. Finally (!!) I realized if it was rooting so well in the plan water bottle... Surely it would work in a pretty vase. :))

Any ideas about what type of plant this is??
